Growing up in Bologna, I was fortunate to be surrounded by the rich flavors and traditions of my Italian family, cooking alongside my nonna in her kitchen.
These moments ignited my passion for food.
Food is my love language, an expression of care and warmth.
My goal is to create a space where family and friends can enjoy fresh, healthy, and simple food.
The name "Scalza," meaning barefoot, resonates deeply with me. It symbolizes freedom, simplicity, and a grounding connection to the earth.
